I would like to thank all of you for the exceptional care you gave my wife during the time she was in your care. It took me six months to put my trust into leaving someone so precious to me into the care of others. I would further like to thank all those that gave Ann so much in the last few weeks of her life, showing nothing but care and affection and giving so much more than what was asked of them.
You are a second family to me. Thank you for keeping us up to date on how you are coping and sharing all the exciting activities that have been taking place in the home.
I just wanted to let you know how much we appreciate everything you are doing to keep Mum and everyone else safe, healthy and happy. Talking to her about how she has spent the afternoon sitting in the sun with friends, playing quizzes, interrupted only by people bringing cups of tea and pieces of cake... Any empty rooms [for us]?!
I think the home is lovely, all staff are so kind and friendly. There are always things going on for the residents to do. It's like a real home!
From the moment mum arrived here we realised we had found a real gem and how lucky we were. She has been here for 8 years and it has maintained it's wonderful standards. Mum is happy and very well looked after.
All residents are looked after and cared for as if by their own family. Rooms are lovely, communal areas great, always clean and tidy and homely. I know mum is safe, secure, loved and cared for.
